Minimum occupancy disclaimer: A minimum of 4 guests is required per 2-bedroom villa. Four nights is the standard package stay; five nights apply during the festive period from 22 December 2026 to 6 January 2027.

Infrastructure tax: USD 5 per person per night, payable separately.

Rates for the 3-bedroom villa (up to 6 guests), 4-bedroom villa (up to 8 guests) and 6-bedroom villa (up to 12 guests) vary and must be confirmed upon enquiry. A minimum of 4 guests is required per 2-bedroom villa. Four nights is the standard stay, while the festive period requires five consecutive nights. All rates include Bed & Breakfast and exclude the USD 5 per person per night infrastructure tax. Half Board is available at USD 40 per person per night and Full Board at USD 60 per person per night. Parties are not allowed; outside DJs and live bands are prohibited, and only registered guests are permitted at the villa. Prices, flights, excursions and availability must be reconfirmed before booking.
